How to install Android CDC Driver Manually

Step 1: Download and extract the zip file on your computer then connect your android smartphone via USB cable to your personal computer or laptop.

Step 2: Click on the Start button or you can also press WIN key to directly active start menu then either you have to right click on the “Computer” option or you can also press Shift+F10 key to open the cascading menu and choose “Manage” option. Click on the “Device Manager” option in the Computer Management dialog box or you can press WIN + R and type devmgmt.msc and press enter.

Step 3: Now you can see your Computer name on the top. Press right mouse button on your computer name and select “add legacy hardware” option.

Step 4: Now open a new add hardware wizard window, Click on Next option. Then choose “Install the hardware that i manually select from a list (Advanced)” and click on Next option. Now, click on Show all devices and click Next option. Then Click on Have Disk option.

Step 6: Select the folder by clicking on the Browse… button now, you will get complete path of USB driver software file then click on the Next button. Now, your USB driver updating process will be start. After successfully finish the USB driver updating process, finally click on the Finish button.

    add legacy hardware option not showing… device manager…. on my PC xp…..what should I do…????

      H dileep connect your switch off phone with your PC via usb cable. You can see a yellow triangle icon in your device manager then right click on this icon and select update driver option and choose CDC driver then install it.
