    My canvas Hd a116 when switched on shows “Canvas HD” and stays just there. I have photos which I have not backed up and some SMS which I need. Appreciate if you can help.

    I read the forums and tried to back using vol up, down power and select backup but get the erroe “can’t mount ‘/data’ “. Is there a way i can get the photos and SMS. I think it happened after installing ola app. Have not upgraded android it is the one came with the device.

    Appreciate all you help please..

    1. reset your phone, but ti is not possible by recovery. because SIM manager not linked to recovery.

  4. when i reboot my device, it shows lot of options under heading "flash stock recovery may occur" etc, what shud i select, the options include lots of NO and one is different one.
    Please Help

  12. I have a Carlisle version custom mod of CWM on my Micromax A116i.
    I wanted to install twrp as the former doesn't detect my external SD card. I tried flashing the stock recovery by sp tools, but it doesn't detect my phone! Same with the twrp recovery img

  13. How can i get back my stock cwm on canvas hd ?
    Plzzz tell me i want to restore my old backup to my device bcoz i m nt able to restore the old backup with the new cwm recovery!!

      First flash old recovery then get your backup
      now install new CWM recovery then make new backup
