There are different ways from which you can easily print selected range of cells in MS Excel.

Method 1:

Step 1: Open the active sheet in which you want to print selected cells in MS Excel.

Step 2: Select the required area which you want to print selected cells in MS Excel. For selection range of cells either you can drag mouse button or use SHIFT+Arrow Keys.

Step 3: Open the Print dialog box by clicking Print command from File/Home tab. You can also press CTRL+P to directly open the Print dialog box.

Step 4: Choose Print Selection option in the Settings. Now, click the Print button.

Method 2:

Step 1: Open the active sheet in which you want to print selected of cells in MS Excel.

Step 2: Select the required area which you want to print selected range of cells. For selection range of cells either you can drag mouse button or use SHIFT+Arrow Keys.

Step 3: Click on the Page Layout tab > Choose Print Area option > Click on the Set Print Area button. This option is used to print any specific area for printing. Now, you will see a dashed border draw on the selected range of cells.

Step 4: Open the Print dialog box by clicking Print command from File/Home tab. You can also press CTRL+P to directly open the Print dialog box. Now, click the Print button.
