This chatbot created for WhatsApp users will answer your asked questions about the Corona virus. Here you have to send questions related to Corona virus on WhatsApp and you will get reply real time.

This is the way to use this help desk created by the government for the information of corona virus.

— Save 9013151515 on your smartphone. You can save it under any name like – CornonaVirus Help Desk.

— Now you have to open WhatsApp and search the name by which you have saved this contact.

— After searching, the chat window will open, now you can send any questions related to Corona virus by writing here.

— As an example, you can ask how to avoid corona virus or what are its symptoms. Here you will get an automated reply for which the government has prepared a bot.

— Automated Reply has a list. Queries are given in this list. You can select any of these queries and send them in this chat.

Currently, this option is available only in English, but soon it can be done in Hindi language as well.

WHO also launched WhatsApp channel:

Likewise, let us tell you that the World Health Organization has also released an official channel on WhatsApp to prevent misleading information related to Corona and to convey the right information to the people. Users can add the +41798931892 number to their contacts in the phone and chat with the WHO.

On this channel too, you will get information through bot like the WhatsApp channel of the Government of India. Currently, this bot is providing information such as epidemic statistics, tips, corona related FAQs, travel advice and latest health organization news.
