Step 1: Tap on the Settings option on your phone. Tap on the “SIM cards” option which is located in “Wireless & networks” category. SIM 1 is assign for Reliance Jio 4G sim and SIM 2 is used for second operator. Tap on the SIM 2 and deactivate the SIM 2 card on your phone.
Step 2: After deactivate the SIM 2 card tap on the phone dialer and type the following number *#*#4636#*#*. After dialing this number you can see “Testing” window on your phone. Tap on the “Phone Information” option. Turn on Radio option by tapping on the “Turn Off Radio” option and select “LTE only” option in set preferred network type. Now check the sim one signals indicator shown on your phone and after that exit from phone info window.
Step 3: Again open Settings option > SIM Cards option > Tap on the “SIM 1 settings” option and tap on the “Network operators” and choose “Jio 4G” option in available networks list. Set the mobile data, calls and SMS messages settings as per your need. If you want to run mobile data with Reliance Jio SIM and turn on “Jio 4G” option. If you want to call or send message with second sim then set second sim in calls and sms messages option.
Note: After applying all these settings on your phone you have to turn off your phone. Again restart your phone after few minutes. Now, Reliance Jio Sim not working issue in your phone problem will be resolved.
